BookLynk ev ("we", "us", "our") operates a two-wheeler rental service. This policy describes what information the BookLynk ev rider app collects, how it is used, and how it is protected. This app requires users to be 18 years of age or older to register and use the service.

Information we collect

• Account information: your full name and phone number, used to create and manage your rider account. We verify your phone number using a one-time password (OTP) delivered via WhatsApp.
• Identity verification (KYC) documents: a government-issued ID (Aadhaar), driving licence, and a selfie photograph, collected to verify your identity and eligibility to rent a vehicle, as required for the rental agreement.
• Booking and rental activity: records of your bookings, assigned vehicle, and rental history, used to operate the service and resolve support requests.

We do not collect your device location or GPS data. Vehicle pickup and return happen at fixed hub locations, not through in-app location tracking.

We do not process payments within the app. Payment is completed via a UPI QR code / payment link outside the app, and confirmed manually by our operations team.

How we use your information

We use the information above solely to operate the BookLynk ev rental service: creating your account, verifying your identity, assigning and tracking rentals, and providing customer support. We do not use your data for advertising, and the app does not display ads or use advertising or analytics tracking SDKs.

How your information is stored and protected

Identity verification documents and photographs are stored in a private cloud storage bucket that is not publicly accessible. Access is restricted to authorized BookLynk ev operations staff for the purpose of KYC review and customer support.

Who we share information with

• BookLynk ev operations staff, to review identity documents and manage your rental.
• Our technology platform provider (FleetOS), which hosts the app and underlying infrastructure on our behalf.
• Our WhatsApp messaging provider, solely to deliver OTP verification codes to your phone number.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Your choices

You may contact us at any time to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, subject to any records we are required to retain for legal, safety, or dispute-resolution purposes (for example, an active or recently completed rental agreement).

Children's privacy

This service is intended for users aged 18 and above only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
